Gladys is an 8ft tall and 6ft wide Recyclescope! She has six different kaleidoscopes that create fractal views of her recycle buffet: her own recycle transfer station.

Commissioned by Inyo County to educate the public on how to recycle and reduce their impact on landfills, Gladys and her handlers teach how to sort recyclables in a fun and creative way.

Gladys is an example of ReUse Arts!
She is made entirely from discarded materials!

You can find Gladys at Inyo County events and schools! Bring recyclables, sort them, and/or play with Gladys there,
or BOOK YOUR OWN!

Gladys is a bit of a monster and has a large appetite for recycled items– one needs to sort and feed her to stop her from eating you!
