Good time had by all at the 8th annual Lone Pine tribal celebration

ReUseArts had a booth and taught people how to make tutus out of discarded plastic . Here's Halo's submission using mylar balloons.
​She submitted a video of her doing a twirl and won 2x children and 2 x adult tickets for the show of her choice at Bishop Twin Theater
